Balancing tunnel

Overspeed balancing offers the opportunity to optimize a rotor by simulating actual operating conditions, and to make necessary corrections before the rotor is installed. Balancing verifies the mechanical integrity of the rotor design over the speed range before the unit is installed and ensures proper rotor operation at rated speed.

In-field rewinding:

In situations where it is not possible to move machines to the workshop, all work is performed in the field, where a mobile workshop structure is set up at our customers’ facilities, where the following are performed:

• Disassembly and Assembly;- Complete rewinding of the stator and rotor;
• Supply or remanufacture of rotor and stator cores;
• Wedging;
• Mechanical services in general;
• Replacing or recovering shafts;
• Electrical Tests and Tests for process monitoring;
