Preventive Maintenance

This intervention aims to minimize unforeseen failures in an equipment, by evaluating according to pre-determined criteria, mechanical and electrical aspects of the machine with highly prepared equipment and technicians. With this prognosis of the machine’s general state, the maintenance teams can elaborate a detailed planning of future interventions, avoiding unexpected breakdown surprises.

Field Service

In-Field Revision:

In situations where field intervention is convenient, we can transfer a workshop structure to our customers’ facilities. Specialized technicians are sent to the field to perform overhaul and/or corrective maintenance services.

DRY ICE CLEANING
The dry ice cleaning consists of CO2 blasting in the gaseous state by means of equipment suitable for the function, operated by technical experts in insulating systems of rotating machinery, for a safe and appropriate application. The presence of humidity and dirt in stator or rotor windings can decrease the insulation resistance, which can lead to equipment failure. Its great advantage is that it can be cleaned without the accumulation of moisture and with great efficiency. This process is recommended for washing generators and motors, especially for the application on stator and rotor windings, in addition to electrical panels or equipment that cannot accumulate humidity.
