Nishi will be present from September 26 to 28, 2023 in Curitiba-PR at the 38th Brazilian Congress of Maintenance and Asset Management, exhibiting products, services and equipment. EXPOMAN is the largest trade fair in the area, bringing together the main productive sectors of the Brazilian and world economy, organized by the Brazilian Association of Maintenance and Asset Management – ABRAMAN.

On September 27 at 11:30 a.m. in the Parque Barigui room, engineer Fabio Toshio Nakatani will give a presentation on: Hybrid analysis (man+technology) in predictive maintenance of rotating electrical machines. Discussing Industry 4.0 in the area of maintenance in relation to industrial automation and the integration of different technologies. Artificial intelligence, robotics, neural networks and big data with the aim of improving processes and increasing productivity and reliability. But where does this technological evolution leave the role of man (specialist)? How will integrated work between technology and specialists increase the degree of reliability of rotating electrical machines?

This is a series of videos of Nishisan tips conducted by the NISHI company. The electrical tests GAP-N will be presented by Ivan Massao from Nishi’s Marketing and Engineer Fábio Toshio from Predictive Engineering. In this series we will make demonstrative and explanatory videos about the main tests for diagnosis and evaluation of medium and high voltage motors and generators. In this week’s webinar we present the loop test. In the video we perform a practical demonstration to identify insulation failure in the magnetic core of a medium voltage AC motor and identify a hot spot on the blades.
