Predictive Maintenance

The diagnosis aims to offer our customers an opportunity to know the current operating conditions of their machines. It is proven that predictive diagnostics reduces the non-scheduled stops, reducing costs in equipment maintenance and increasing the efficiency of the productive process. It is in this sense that Nishi acts, together with its partners, diagnosing eventual problems even before they appear and proposing the right solution, in the right place, at the right time.

PARTIAL DISCHARGE MONITORING

One of the most advanced techniques for predictive analysis of the isolation of rotating machines is the monitoring of partial discharges. Nishi offers the installation and monitoring of this technique to

  • Identify Sources of Faults in the State Winding;
  • Evaluate the useful life of the stator winding;
  • Extend Intervals of Maintenance Stoppages;
  • Maximize Production Assets;
  • Specific Information to Define Repair Works;

This test is done with the machine in operation, without the need to stop it. This way, we perform the measurement with all operating parameters present (temperature; magnetic flux; electromagnetic forces; etc).
